The Publisher of Fiji Times Limited Hank Arts bail ruling has been set.
Arts is charged with Josaia Waqabaca, Anare Ravula, Fred Wesley, and the Fiji Times Ltd for inciting communal antagonism.
The matter was called for bail variation hearing today at the Suva High Court before Justice Thushara Rajasinghe.
It is alleged that they made, or caused to be published, a statement in the iTaukei language in Nai Lalakai newspaper that is likely to incite dislike, hatred, or antagonism of the Muslim community.
Arts bail variation application to allow him to travel to New Zealand has been adjourned to next Wednesday for ruling.
